This Privacy Policy describes how Monumental Lifestyle LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the A.I. Monu-Tech mobile application ("App") or visit our website.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you create an account and use A.I. Monu-Tech, you may provide us with:

• Account Information: Email address, password, and display name
• Profile Information: Identity selection (Visionary or General), survey responses, system focus selections, and pillar preferences
• Content You Create: Reflection entries, I AM statements, daily habit completions, book selections, and notes
• Payment Information: When you purchase a subscription, payment details are collected and processed by our third-party payment processor (Apple's App Store). We do not directly store your credit card information.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the App, we automatically collect:

• Usage Data: Habits completed, reading progress, streak counts, program completion dates, and feature interactions
• Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and app version
• Log Data: Error logs, crash reports, and performance metrics
• Notification Tokens: Push notification tokens for sending daily reminders (only if you grant notification permission)

1.3 Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect:

• Location data
• Contacts
• Photos or camera access
• Microphone access
• Health or fitness data from Apple Health or other sources
• Browsing history outside the App

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the A.I. Monu-Tech App
• Personalize your transformation journey based on your identity and preferences
• Track your progress through 21-day and 90-day programs
• Send daily notifications and reminders (with your permission)
• Process subscription purchases and manage your account
• Respond to your questions and provide customer support
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security issues
• Comply with legal obligations

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

3.1 Service Providers

We work with trusted third-party service providers to operate the App:

• Supabase — Database hosting and authentication
• Apple App Store / RevenueCat — Subscription payment processing
• Expo Push Notification Service — Notification delivery

These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their services and are contractually obligated to protect your data.

3.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Monumental Lifestyle LLC, our users, or others.

3.3 Business Transfers

If Monumental Lifestyle LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred. We will notify you before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
• Row-level security on database access
• Secure authentication via Supabase Auth
• Regular security audits

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You may request deletion of your account at any time from within the App (Profile tab → Delete Account).

When you delete your account:

• Your account information is permanently deleted
• Your habit completions, reflections, and I AM statements are permanently deleted
• Your plan data and progress are permanently deleted
• Anonymized usage data may be retained for analytics

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate information
• Deletion: Request that we delete your account and personal information
• Portability: Request a copy of your data in a portable format
• Opt-Out: Disable notifications and certain data collection in the App settings

California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request deletion.

European Users (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation, including the right to object to processing and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7. Children's Privacy

A.I. Monu-Tech is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information immediately.

Users between the ages of 13 and 17 must have parental or guardian consent to use the App.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to third-party services (such as book retailers for reading assignments). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

9. Push Notifications

If you opt in to push notifications, we use Expo's Push Notification Service to deliver daily reminders containing:

• Your day's governing number and meaning
• BUILD principles from the Monumental Mathematics system
• Discipline check-ins
• Evening reflection prompts
• Daily declarations

You can disable notifications at any time through your device's system settings or within the App.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice or email. Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
