Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the A.I. Monu-Tech mobile application ("App") and related services provided by Monumental Lifestyle LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using A.I. Monu-Tech, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. About A.I. Monu-Tech

A.I. Monu-Tech is a personal development mobile application that guides users through structured 21-day and 90-day transformation programs using the Monumental Mathematics framework, daily habits, reading assignments, and identity progression.

A.I. Monu-Tech is not a medical, mental health, or therapeutic service. The App is intended for personal development and self-improvement purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use A.I. Monu-Tech. If you are between 13 and 17, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet these age requirements.

You must also provide accurate, current, and complete information during account registration.

3. Your Account

3.1 Account Creation

To use A.I. Monu-Tech, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for:

You may only create one account for personal use. Sharing accounts or using another person's account is prohibited.

3.3 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the App (Profile tab → Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Pricing

A.I. Monu-Tech offers the following programs:

Prices may change. You will be notified of any price changes before they take effect.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's payment terms in addition to these Terms. We do not process or store your payment card information directly.

4.3 Auto-Renewal

Monthly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

4.4 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

4.5 Refunds

Refunds are handled through Apple's App Store refund policy. Contact Apple directly to request a refund.

4.6 Free Trial

If we offer a free trial, you may be charged for a subscription immediately after the trial period ends unless you cancel before the trial expires.

5. Your Content and Data

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create in the App, including:

By creating content in the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and process that content solely to provide the App's services to you.

5.2 Backup and Loss

While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, we are not responsible for any loss of content due to technical failures, account deletion, or other circumstances. We recommend keeping personal backups of any reflections or content that is important to you.

A.I. Monu-Tech is not medical advice.

The habits, practices, and guidance provided in the App are for personal development purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Before starting any physical exercise, dietary change, or mental health practice suggested in the App, consult with a qualified healthcare professional.

We are not responsible for any injuries, health issues, or adverse outcomes resulting from your use of the App.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified mental health professional or emergency services immediately.

10. Disclaimers

10.1 No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific results from using A.I. Monu-Tech. Your progress and outcomes depend on your individual effort, consistency, and circumstances.

10.2 As-Is Service

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MONUMENTAL LIFESTYLE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Monumental Lifestyle LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through in-app notice or email. Your continued use of the App after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through:

  1. Informal Resolution: Contact us first at Legacydropzone@gmail.com to try to resolve any dispute informally.
  2. Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Washington, DC, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
  3. Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Monumental Lifestyle LLC regarding your use of A.I. Monu-Tech.
